Maintenance requests shall be made during office hours (everyday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and Thursday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm), at which time you can discuss your concerns with the Apartment Manager. If you are not available during office hours you can email the Apartment Manager at any time or fill in a work order form (located in the laundry room) and drop it off at the drop-box located outside the Apartment Manager’s office. We will strive to address your concern immediately but if we cannot respond to your request the same day, we will explain to you why and the expected date to resolve it.

You should always call 911 for any type of emergency that involves fire, criminal activity, or any type of dangerous situation. If the situation is not an emergency please contact the San Antonio Police Department at 210-207-7273. If your emergency involves running water, as in a pipe break, fire alarms, etc., please contact the Apartment Manager or contact the utility directly (Water 210-704-7797, Power City Public Service 210-353-2222). For all other non emergency situations please contact our office during business hours.

Unfortunately that is not an option. We have a strict no-pet policy at Campus Side Apartments.

We accept personal checks, money orders and/or cashier checks payable to “Campus Side Properties”.

We have designated visitor parking spaces for guests.


We will accept the package for you at the Apartment Manager’s office and you can pick it up at a later time.

Yes, we provide a laundry facility with washers and dryers that is available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Yes, as long as your roommate fills out a rental application too, pays the standard $45.00 fee and passes the rental application criteria.

The security deposit is $400 and it is refundable upon lease expiration assuming that there is no damage the apartment.
